About Us

'If it's not a problem for you, it's not a problem for me.'

I'm a mama of one gorgeous girl, pharmacist and infant sleep consultant. 

Just like you, I've been in the trenches of sleep deprivation and know first-hand how hard it can be. From hourly wakes to skipped naps, early wakes and tricky sleep associations.

 

You and your family don't have to struggle through if your current sleep isn't working for you.  

I live by the phrase 'If its not a problem for you, it's not a problem for me' so if you want to keep feeding to sleep, co-sleeping or hate routines but want to make some smaller changes, thats fine with me! We can work on an approach that suits you. Likewise if you want to stop doing any of these things, I've got you. 

Everyone deserves quality sleep and I want to help you achieve it.
